Blueberry pie filling, because we love blueberries! With a few simple ingredients, we bring out the natural flavor and intense color of this beautiful berry. Pie filling is my first-step to making all the blueberry treats: pies, tarts, muffins, cake, ice cream, scones, pancakes, cheesecake… I’ll stop there. Let’s make this happen!

Mango Bars
If you love mangos, you’ll want to make Mango Bars part of your dessert-life. The intensely delicious natural flavor of mango curd, looks and tastes beautiful on top of shortbread. While making lemon bars for work, and thinking about a dear friend who loves mango, the idea of creating mango bars came to me. I’m so happy this worked out, and I’m excited to share this recipe with you.
shortbread crust
Baking a good shortbread crust is a total essential for my catering work, and for the love of baking dessert at home. With the perfect ratios of butter, flour, and sugar, we create a cherished flavor, with a soft bite and overall strength to withstand anything we want it to hold.
Dulce de Leche Caramel
Dulce de Leche Caramel is one of my favorite flavors to add to desserts like cakes and pastry. It’s also the easiest to make. All you need is a one-can ingredient, the right amount of time and a tool, to make the real-deal, amazing, homemade Dulce de Leche that is perfectly thick, smooth, and delicious.
Apple Pie Frittelle
With Apple Pie Frittelle, I made my Italian-American recipe-dream come true. Thought of as fry bread or rustic donuts, I make it easy, with overnight/no-knead dough, a little sugar and spice, and apple pie filling for an American twist, and the best of both worlds. This dessert is fun, absolutely delicious, and even though I’ve enjoyed frittelle my whole life, it is unique to most. I hope you enjoy this take on my roots, and this special food we make when celebrating at home.
