I’m sharing details from the work our team fulfilled for Jazlyn and Steven at Tivoli – with wedding floral installation by Glorified Hobby, plus cake and dessert catering by Mili’s Sweets.

Ceremony Space & Arch Installation
Karen created tons of texture and a cohesive color palette for the arch design. It was hard to capture how beautiful the arrangements were with my limited camera.
Bride Bouquet
Jazlyn held an abundance of garden Roses mixed with Pampas Grass, preserved Bunny Tail, and Baby’s Breath. I hope to get to see professional photos with her holding this! I know she loved it, and our hearts are full about it.
My jaw just about dropped at the super-petal white garden roses, called Cotton X-Pression. I cannot get over how gorgeous and stunning they are! (This rose was a first-time for me.)
Reception Tablescapes
Karen completely knocked me over with her choice of Honeysuckle branches as greenery runner for the reception tables. This is such an update to the typical, and beyond-beautiful.
I hope to see more of this in our table-top designs to come: creating a delicate and airy feel with style and versatility. Jazlyn chose to go with two pillars per table, and a centerpiece of three taper candles.
Sweetheart Table Details
The Sweetheart Table had a center arrangement with candles and stems on the front corners. At cocktail hour, the base floral arrangement of the ceremony arch were to be moved and placed at the front of their table.
Seating Chart Florals
The specifications for the delivered-signage was slightly different from the original confirmed plan, but of course we made it all work onsite! This was a beautiful way to present the seating. I don’t have the vendor name but I’m happy to update this post once I receive it.
Wedding Cake & Catered Desserts
For this wedding, our catered desserts were ordered with delivery-only, using what Tivoli has on hand for desserts, and not utilizing our pedestals and risers to for set-up.
Desserts included single orders of mini Oreo Cheesecake Bars, mini Churro cupcakes, mini Strawberry Tres Leches cupcakes, and classic Chocolate Chip cookies.
On the menu: A 10″ three layer wedding cake, in flavors of Red Velvet and Cinnamon-Vanilla Swirl, topped with slightly-textured buttercream and preserved Baby’s Breath floral.
We were touched and thrilled by the end-result of this day. Karen and I even got a little teary-eyed together. We have been friends for so long, and this dream of ours has come to fruition. We make an awesome team.
We’re doing this! It feels surreal. Thanks for being here to share in this work-joy with us.
