This Saturday in November started off very busy and wet. We had a second, earlier wedding flower delivery, and the weather was not cooperating. It was drizzling-rain. We wanted Lexi and Ryan’s dream of an outdoor ceremony with our tree-arch installation to come true. We had to move forward and only hope.

Lexi’s bouquet
The bride should always be holding the best, most beautiful stems, according to her dream textures, colors, shape and feel. We didn’t miss a beat by focusing on Garden Roses, Spray Roses, Butterfly and classic Ranunculus, Dahlia, and an assortment of filling texture.
personals
‘Personals’ is the florist term for arrangements personally worn or held. We prepared ten classic-pin boutonnieres, one pocket boutonniere, the bride’s bouquet and three bridesmaid bouquets.
bouquets
We delivered on a custom color palette for Lexi that she was dreaming about: juicy color in fall-tones.
Small bridesmaid bouquets were packed with the best of the best. Set apart from Lexi were red-hue leaves, and petite French Marigolds.
ceremony space
As you can see, the clouds parted and the sun started shining! The dream really did come true!
Our tree arch installation was a true masterpiece and the centerpiece – lovely from every angle.
The couple chose coverage in a cleaner line, with the organic flow of the branch above ceremony-vows.
down the aisle
This joy is everything!
moments after ceremony
from aisles to sweetheart table
Arrangements are always strategically placed and moved from one space to the next, to go with the guest-flow and focus of the wedding day.
While the tree arch has no option but to stay and be carefully removed after the wedding, ceremony arrangements tend to come to the sweetheart table before guests are seated at the reception.
Bridesmaid bouquets can be held where the bridesmaids are seated, or placed to decorate the top of a sweetheart table as shown here.
reception
We love being placed alongside the beautiful custom signage of Peachy and Folk! Having this professionally done for greeting guests, and on the tables, elevates the look and experience of the entire day.
We set each of the reception tables using the couple’s chosen cheesecloth table runners in a beautiful rusty color, along with pillar candles inside our glass hurricane shades, and bud vases.
For 8′ farm tables seating eight guests, we placed four bud vases and three candles. For double farm tables, at 16′ seating sixteen guests, there were six bud vases and five candles.
onsite team
My family.
It was so fun and amazing to have the family together and onsite for the arch install and overall set up. Karen, our lead and master florist, did an amazing job of flower prep and arranging. Every stem was gorgeous! To be hands-on at work while the rain stopped and the sun started shining for us and our wonderful couple, will be a core-memory in 2023. Our final work was beyond expectations, as we feel it should always be. I am grateful for the trust in all this love we share, within a full year of beautiful weddings.
