Hayley and Riley were married at Twin Oaks Garden Estate, on 10/01/21, and we were overjoyed to cater their wedding cake and dessert table, filled with an assortment of mini desserts for their guests.
It was a beautiful Friday night for this couple, who love Mili’s Sweets cake! It was fun to work with them, as they decided on an assortment of 10 customized cupcake flavors.
We set their dessert tables onto our plating, using a combination of white pedestals and plates, with clear acrylic risers. At Twin Oaks Garden, larger dessert displays tend to be set on their farm tables placed in front of the chalk wall, where the venue personalizes the space with messages, photos, and candles.
On-site, I decorated their wedding cake with the clippings set aside for us by the florist, who accomplished such beautiful work that day! The guest tables were so pretty with blue candlesticks to go with the blue and white floral theme. I loved to have the one, larger floral arrangement to set for the dessert table, mixed with their tiny clipping-vases, and votives candles. The end result was pure bliss.

After all our work in complete, and couples have settled-in as newlyweds, a best-part is getting to see photos from their special day. My all time favorites, are the candid cake-cutting reactions. It’s such a great moment!
