Ice Cream for Breakfast with 3 simple ingredients

My kids insisted that I share this recipe! This vegan recipe is a super fun way to serve up some nutrition, with three simple ingredients.
- 2 or 3 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seed butter (smooth) You can substitute! I recommend using any smooth seed or nut butters. I go completely free of peanuts and tree nuts for the recipes I post.
- 2 tablespoons honey
Slice the bananas and place into your food processor with the sun butter and honey. Mix for 10-20 seconds, until most of the bananas are smooth.Spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for 6 hours, or overnight.Scoop and enjoy!
