It was sun-lit July when our team fulfilled wedding florals in soft spring colors via Glorified Hobby, and a custom desserts by Mili’s Sweets, all for the Figueroas.
This was first posted in August with sneak-peaks. I updated this in November 2024, with the addition of many more gallery shots from Meggy Weggy Photography, which really helped to complete the story of our work for Leilani and Aaron on their wedding day.

ceremony
We installed minimal arch florals, with two large floor arrangements at the aisle entry.
Here’s a closer look at the placement of floral arrangements, and arch florals installed to venue’s petite hoop.
personals
Leilani held the best and most beautiful blooms in her bridal bouquet. She had six bridesmaids with smaller versions of what she carried.
Mothers of the bride and groom wore matching wrist corsages. The groom wore a boutonniere set apart from the rest, while the fathers had their own version, as did all the groomsmen.
floral style & recipe
We worked with Leilani to help her vision come to live, with muted colors of Spring, with almost no greenery/filler.
Her palette included tones of peach, pink, blush, ivory, white, light blue, and green.
stems we used:
Stock, Roses (spray + standard), Lisianthus, Delphinium, Ranunculus, Parvifolia, Lepidium
reception tables
Farm tables were laid out to accommodate between 6-12 guests.
Bud vases had multi-stem fill to maximize texture and color for the tables. Three were placed on each 8-foot table. Not shown in this post, are bud vases also placed at their welcome table.
On all tables at reception, sheer white table cloth runners were laid out, that draped down when no guest was seated at an end.
The couple rented our golden mercury glass votive candles, with five live flames per table.
sweetheart table
The sweetheart table came together like a dream! After the ceremony, we repurposed the florals with the venue team moving their arch as the backdrop, and we moved the aisle entry arrangements to the front.
Karen created a gorgeous running centerpiece that took up most of the front facing space of the table. We placed a total of six bud vases on either side. Votive candles were placed facing the couple.
We loved seeing them so happy with our work and love for them!
wedding cake & dessert table
Our Mili’s Sweets wedding cake was a 6″ two-layer with cake flavors in Marble and Red Velvet, paired with Dulce de Leche and buttercream fillings. The crumb was sealed in white chocolate ganache, topped with a smooth+rib vanilla buttercream finish.
We returned to make a second trip to the venue after our floral set up, to be present during cocktail hour. We made the adjustments their sweetheart table florals, and delivered and set their dessert table as late as possible, (on a hot summer day) to be completed before guests were seated to the reception space.
The cake and Key Lime pie (made with the groom in mind) was sliced, with servings placed alongside their dessert table menu of individual desserts including mini Lemon Bars, mini Brownie Bars, Cannoli, Fresh Fruit Tarts, and small-bake Chocolate Chip Cookies.
You know what time it is… cake cutting! These two are my first to cut and then bite right in. Love it!!!
cake ceremony
Tivoli is a very special venue with a wonderful onsite team. We feel very grateful for the opportunity to be a chosen as a preferred vendor within this space.
This whole day is such a sweet memory! It was so wonderful to work alongside my favorite people, for such nice clients.
Thank you for being here,
