Cherries on classic vanilla cheesecake is what’s happening for dessert this weekend! At home, we’re celebrating the first weekend of February with a kick-off for love to my Valentines, and kicking off Super Bowl Sunday with friends and family that I absolutely must make dessert for. It’s all good stuff.

chocolate toffee crunch cookies
Here’s the deal, my friends: A couple months ago I posted “Next Level” Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies, and today, this recipe for Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cookies is absolutely a level above that next-level! We have all the goodness of that original, with some slight modifications, and the addition of easy-breezy handcrafted toffee and chopped pretzels. The crunch, nuttiness, flavor, snap, chew all combined, has my family and friends calling it “the best chocolate chip cookie ever.” You can take it from them, or see what we’re raving about by making them with me. In my notes, I share how to make this recipe dairy free and gluten free.
just toffee, and for brittle
This candy building-block is super easy to make. You can enjoy this just toffee as-is, make it into a Brittle, or use the finished product as an added ingredient to other desserts, like the Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cookies that I’ll be sharing next, in my handcrafted toffee recipe series. This is a naturally gluten free food, and can be made vegan.
chocolate-toffee bark
There’s something so special about Chocolate-Toffee Bark. This candy-treat is easy to make and amazing to enjoy all year round, but it always seems to make its way into our celebrations around Christmas and New Year’s. The base of this bark is naturally always gluten-free and you can get creative to sprinkle in additional toppings to make it extra-special. Although my desserts are always free of peanuts and tree nuts, yours don’t have to be. I’m sharing all the wonderful ways to make this happen, and I give the scoop on how to make this crowd-pleaser vegan too.
Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Cream Pie with shortbread crust
All right Sweethearts. We’re on a mission to make Chocolate Mousse for the holidays! This is my little gift to you: the recipe and how to make this luscious dessert happen by creating chocolate mousse as the filling, made in a simple, three-step process. It will chill inside a shortbread pie crust to make Chocolate Cream Pie.
