Wilted Swiss Chard. With a touch of avocado oil, Wilted Swiss Chard. With a touch of avocado oil, sauted a handful of salted and cut grape tomatoes, a couple chopped garlic cloves, added cleaned green chard separated from the stems. Plus about a 1/2 cup water and a tablespoon of double concentrated tube tomato paste. Cooked for about 15 minutes, tasted the chard was tender, added red pepper flakes, a drizzle of good olive oil, and another pinch of salt. Love whipping up this kind of food. So flavorful. Eaten raw, young chickpea/garbanzo bean legume pods have 1-2  seeds each. You simply wash, pop out of the shell, and pop the seed into your mouth. Pods are trashed or put into compost.
